Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations, renewals, and refunds work at Colitu.
1. Subscription Model
All Colitu plans are prepaid subscriptions. You pay upfront for a 1-, 6-, or 12-month period. Access to the VPN service is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your plan expires, the VPN access is deactivated until you purchase a new plan.
2. Cancellation
Because subscriptions are non-recurring prepaid purchases, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Your plan simply expires at the end of the paid period.
If you wish to delete your account and stop all services, you can do so at any time from the Account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a plan has been activated and VPN access has been granted.
Exceptions may be made in the following situations at our sole discretion:
- A billing error or double charge occurred due to a technical fault on our payment system.
- You were charged but VPN access was never provisioned due to a system failure on our end.
- A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and VPN access has not been used.
To request a refund under an exceptional circumstance, contact support@colitu.xyz with your order details.
4. Device Add-Ons
Additional device slots purchased through the upgrade flow are charged once for the current subscription period and are non-refundable once activated.
Device add-ons expire at the same time as your base subscription.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact us at support@colitu.xyz before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
