What protocols does Colitu use?
Colitu uses VLESS over REALITY and XHTTP transports — the most advanced and censorship-resistant protocols available. All traffic is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Does Colitu keep logs?
No. We do not log browsing history, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan includes 1 active device. You can add extra device slots from your Account panel for 250 RUB per additional device.
Which countries are blocked?
Colitu is designed specifically for high-censorship environments. REALITY camouflage makes traffic appear as normal HTTPS and bypasses DPI-based blocking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via SBP (Faster Payments System) and SBP QR in rubles. USD and TRY are also supported depending on your region.
What happens when my subscription expires?
VPN access is deactivated when your plan expires. Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Simply purchase a new plan to restore access.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final as VPN access is granted immediately. Refunds are only considered for billing errors or if access was never provisioned. Contact support@colitu.xyz within 48 hours.
How do I install the app?
Download the v2rayNG (Android), Streisand / Shadowrocket (iOS), or v2rayN (Windows/Mac) client, then import your configuration link from the Account panel.
